David,
For the CLTool, try this:
Don't uninstall PGA.
Uninstall CLTool using your Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs. Sometimes, things are left behind on an uninstall. Then go into your registry and make sure no part of CLTool is still there. go: Start/Run/regedit/OK/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software There should be no CLTool in Software.
Then do a reinstall of the CLTool.
I did install Alberta Flats course and uncloaked Alberta Flats library and it played very well. So, I don't think the lib is an issue in PGA.

BTW, If this doesn't work, I'll uninstall all the custom libraries from my computer and send you a completely clean CLTool.
I have all libraies installed and all but 42 cloaked. I find that when I'm designing , approximately 60 - 70 uncloaked libraries are the about the point where problems occur in my computer. Probably a more powerful computer can handle more.

Stan you beauty!
There were about 40 libraries left in the old registry after the unistall.
I deleted all of them and hey presto, the cloaking tool now opens on my PC.
time to start moving those earth moving machines in, once I seetle on my next project!

So now it's up and running, can anyone tell me what the projects tab does?

Pols,
If you list the course your working in the CLTool Projects, you will be able to uncloak the libraries you want to use, cloak the others, keep track of details and fix sticky libaries. (See: Attached)
It's usefull for someone like me who works on courses when the mood hits. I just open the CLTool, uncloak what I need then when I'm done, just cloak until next time.
BTW, behind the Rachel Lakes Project screen is about a dozen projects in various stages of development.

Agree with Stan on using the Projects tab. Instead of having to manually cloak each time (and possibly forgetting one then getting the placeholder libe) it's a simple job of opening your project then clicking on "cloak other libes." Then if you want to play a game or work on something else, you just manually uncloak the libes, then later go back, etc. etc.
Btw, I do have a problem with the Bow Valley libe; my arch won't open if it's uncloaked. I even dl'd from here and reinstalled it but still no go. However, the course works fine. I also had a problem when I tried to use an Alberta Flats object; the course wouldn't compile. I deleted the object and it worked fine. The small rocks on CDA won't work either.

Well I never!
You learn something everyday.
I have spent the last few years either building courses or playing, never both.
If only I had known about the projects tab, I could have been having twice the fun.
