Can you power drive beyond the second fairway bunker or will it be a finesse power if you try?

Brad, that's going to depend on how I set the wind up. Right now it's blowing into the drive and with the best power shot you come up even (or in) with the bunker or just short but you can still reach the green in two. With the wind at your back the hole might be too easy so will probably go with crosswind or leave as is. I have not laid out the hole directions as of yet due to the style of the course. Really want to get a feel for the difficulty before I do that. As of right now I'm leaving the fairways with very tough lies but have made the greens much easier than I normally do.

Cool. A well designed course has so much to think about! When I see your screen shots, Iām already thinking about how I would approach the hole setting up from the tees

The par 3 8th is approximately 190 yards away and 25 feet above the well protected green. Avoid the bunker to the left , the water to the right and stick it close to the pin because the dance floor is challenging!

Nice use of a view in the distance of another golf hole in the first pic

Hole #9 @ Hollow Trails is a 411 yard par 4 but this short left dogleg plays much shorter. Off the tee avoid the bunkers on either side of the landing area and obviously the water as well. This leaves a short iron uphill approach to a compliant green. This is a birdie hole at the turn so take advantage.
