Architect not working

HELP please
I have upgraded my computer from a XP to a Windows 7 64 bit.
Installed ecerything ( the Millenium ver and the patch ).
and directX.
I can Play.
I can use the CourseManager, The Lib-tool, The lib-identyfier.
But by some reason the architect stops after about 2 sec.
Wundows message: Architect has stopped working.
I have tried every combination in compatible setup - NO LUCK.
So wkat now ???????????

Too many libraries?
Architect cannot cope with too many so you will have to cloak the ones not in use when designing.
