How can I adjust the camera closer to the golfer?

Hey bogey, sorry if I missed it down below.
Assume you're talking about your snapcam (#2 main screen).
Anyway, press your "2" key, then click on the camera icon UR corner of the main viewing screen. Adjust the little camera then hit "apply"; readjust as needed until you get the view you're after then save.
The same technique applies to every main cam or camera view windows.

This is totally not working for me. When I click apply it does nothing. Wonder what is going wrong?

Jax,

Bogeyman posted this question in two places... here and in the Technical Help section. I provided a procedure in the Tech section. Take a look at that and see if that does it for you.

that did it Dar. Wow! really cool. I have the camera in pretty snug behind me, dropped the elevation to 6 feet. when you're on the green, it feels like you are eyeballing a real putt! You can also tell the height of trees off of the tee much better. Will take a little getting used to but I'm excited.

I use the same camera settings!
Low (6ft) and close behind my golfer!(10ft or so... I just eyeball it) It makes me feel as though I'm playing in the game, especially on putts! I line my player to where the center grid line is straight!
I love to hit a drive or iron shot and see the ball take-off into the sky... just like in real golf!
It's a VERY COOL experience to play this way!

I use a close overhead view for my #9 camera. Setup right behind the golfer, raise the height to 18' and -45 angle. This is good for when you get into those behind a hill or deep into a trap situation where you can't see your golfer and don't know what the slope is right in front of your ball. It's not good for putting though as it removes most of the break lines.

PS... I adjust the camera angle to where the horizon-line is almost at the bottom of the monitor so that I am not looking too far up or down! Like I said, it is a really neat camera setting!

I'm going to have to do some experiments with the camera in practice mode
