Re: JN6 Group Design
Just bumped in the site and Email and i agree that a Links course is perfect maybe not everybody could build a full one "my self included" but some of you guys can finish and clean it up some of the mess we might make...
As for horizon one could have a bit of sea view and some mountains in the far distance like in the scottish highlands
You guys decide...
As for holes preference i would like to do a Par 5 with lots of movement
Thanks

Re: JN6 Group Design
I am submitting for approval four bush/plant type objects often found on British Isles links courses.

Looks good, Thanks Galen.Galen_Golf4676 wrote: ↑October 8th, 2022, 2:23 pm I am submitting for approval four bush/plant type objects often found on British Isles links courses.
Re: JN6 Group Design
Goran has sent some more objects and I have a few as well. Some yellow gorse bushes and a few others. Anyone that wants to contribute some objects just shoot them my way. Thanks!
Re: JN6 Group Design
The heather look a bit bright, see them a lot on my walks and they are more dark purple I think
Or perhaps not, maybe more pale lol dont know. Depends on the season I guess. Now they are brown here in October.

I will tone down the heather using the HSB color control.
Re: JN6 Group Design
Hey guys I really didn't like the darker clouds in our BG so I revised the sky and defined the horizon from the sky a little better. The really dark clouds just didn't look very good when in the designer. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Looks fantastic Steve.
Re: JN6 Group Design
Goran, thanks for that picture! That helps me get a much better idea of the surroundings for this course. Will look great with Galen's objects and Steve's background!
Re: JN6 Group Design
Love that new background. Hopefully we can see a rotated sky like we did with the Aussie group designs we did a few years back.
