Win7 64-bit + Terrain Assist = CRASH

Hi folks. So, I was able to use Terrain Assist a couple of weeks ago for Port Labelle. I went to start another last night... but now all TA wants to do is crash when I'm importing the 3DEM ASCII file. Anyone out there seen this, or better yet, know how to fix it?

If you attach your ASCII file I'll look at it and see if I can find what the problem may be.

I actually have 2 more ASCII files with the exact same issue:

Launch TA
Existing Project
Navigate To *.prj, Click Open
DEM > Step 1: Import DEM
Browse to ASCII dump, Click Open
File starts reading, then <<< insert sad horn sound here >>>

Forgot, I need the .hdr file to try to load it. Can you post that too? You say you go to existing project but I assume you tried to start it as a new project the first time and it still crashed?

Correct, both new project and existing project have the same reaction...

Works for me, no crash. Do you have the txt and hdr file in the same folder?
