KALI MOVED TO NEW HOST?

hi seems KALI has moved to a new server and says DNS settings should be the same but having problems setting up a game with my dad as its not letting us seeing each others games if anyone has any other info that would be great

Rich,
It could be a couple things.
First, when you bring up Kali, go to File>Settings>Advanced tab. Make sure the Kali Tracker box contains the following:
tracker.kali.net:2213 ... then restart Kali. Both of you should do this. Data packets could be lost if not directed to the proper port.
Second, it could be a port forwarding problem. Are either one or both of you using a router? If the above doesn't solve the problem, we may have to set you up with a fixed IP and port forward your router to that IP.
To help you with this I would need more details on your router(s)... make, model, version #.
