Post by pablo »

At age 54, last night finally passed away one of the greatest sportsman of all time, Seve Ballesteros, finally he lost the game. In Spain the golf is not a media relevant and today all the news opened with the new of his death. He will live forever in the memories of spanish (and world) sports.

Hasta siempre Seve

I posted a response on Polslads thread.

I just wanted to say welcome back to the fold Pablo. I don't think I've noticed you had posted until now.

Seve was one of those 80's Super Stars that put European golf on the global map. When European golfers started winning some of the big majors and confirmed that their 1985 Ryder Cup victory at The Belfry wasn't a fluke by winning their 1st Ryder Cup in America at Muirfield Village in 1987 Seve was at the forfront. RIP Seve.
