PGA 99 and older downloads required

Is there anyone who has any user courses or other add-ons for the older games prior to PGA 2000? eg PGA 99, Front Page Sports Golf etc.

Most if not all of the known PGA '99 user created courses are mixed in with the PGA 2000 courses (the ones dated in '99 and early '00 before PGA 2000's release) because they are directly playable in PGA 2000.
