Hi, in my case the OCX files were these two:
MSCOMCT2.OCX
XCDZIP35.OCX
If you didn´t you should try to make a clean install (unistall and run ccleaner or other registry cleaner), run the .exe file as administrator and shut down the antivirus. In my case the OCX files were asked only when I try to install new courses, not the game itself.
