Sorry, Goran. I did not read the entire thread. I was responding only to your question about the HD version.
When I clicked on the setup.exe file, a gray box appeared on my screen with a warning. I was able to click on a link inside the gray box, which pulled up another box asking me if I wanted to make changes from an unknown publisher to my computer. I clicked on Yes. That brought up the standard GBC menu with the following choices:
PLAY
DESIGN
INSTALL
UNINSTALL
ABOUT ACTIVISION
EXIT
I clicked on INSTALL, which let me choose between a full install and a standard install. And everything proceeded smoothly from there. I don't know what to tell you. You might turn off any antivirus programs that are running. It may be that your computer does not want to install an app from an unknown publisher. But it seems like it should also let you make the choice.
