I uploaded a PGA 2000 course, but...

I uploaded a PGA 2000 course called Calypso Beach to the site on 3-13-17, but haven't seen any confirmation from site officials that it has been received. I think I uploaded the wrong course (with missing files) and need to resend it. Can someone notify site administrators about this? Thanks, Cary, ...

Paranormal Round of PGA 2000!

THE FOLLOWING IS A TRUE STORY. I’ve been playing PGA 2000 for seventeen years and counting. I’ve golfed thousands of rounds on hundreds of courses. In those seventeen years, I’ve seen a lot of strange course layouts, odd object placements and bizarre texture combinations. But, in those many years of...

Re: Eiderdale by Blakeley [New Course]

I just wanted to thank everyone who downloaded the course, gave it a test drive, and then took the time to share their thoughts with the community. Without your dedication to the game I certainly wouldn't be able to improve my designing skills. I also wanted to thank sandwedge for taking the time to...

Re: Eiderdale by Blakeley [New Course]

Judy, I realize that your comments weren't critical by any means, so, no worries, its all good. You gave an honest opinion. In fact I'm grateful for your observations, especially where bunker placement was concerned. Had you not mentioned it, it would never have dawned on me that I had a tendency to...

Re: Eiderdale by Blakeley [New Course]

I wanted to thank Judy and Steve for taking the time to download and play the course, then taking the time to give it a review. I wouldn't be able to improve my designing skills (or lack thereof) otherwise. I wanted to thank Judy for her observation about my bunkers- you're right, I have a tendency ...

Design Contest: PROJECT FAIRWAY

Here's the concept: 12 designers design a nine hole course, one hole at a time. A panel of judges sets the criteria for each hole's look/length/landscaping/terrain/etc. Each designer designs the hole according to the criteria of the challenge. Designers have a certain amount of time to complete a ch...

Re: Xavier Glen by Blakeley [New Course]

Yeah, there certainly is inconsistency in the course, particularly where the landscaping is concerned. The approach shot to #15 with the very naked hill in the backdrop and the look back when the shot lands on the fairway from the #4 tee is also very naked and I hemmed and hawed about putting some e...

Re: Xavier Glen by Blakeley [New Course]

Hi, I'm Cary, the designer of the course and first of all I'd like to thank you for taking the time to golf Xavier Glen and then taking the time to share your golfing experience with the community. Indeed, as you noticed, it is sparsely landscaped, yet it certainly gives you the feel of being there....
